Supporting our customers through the pandemic
During the COVID-19 pandemic, our #1 mobile operator, O!, stepped in to support our customers, providing free telecoms services as well as multimillion dollar funding support for vulnerable people in our communities.
We offered completely free services to thousands of civil servants, students, and teachers, in a unique initiative, ensuring that crucial social services were able to continue in Kyrgyzstan during this very challenging period and that our customers and their families did not become isolated.
